Managers of Owners Corporation, Stratum Units & Company Share Flats

Obtaining The Right Documents
Owners Corporation

An owners corporation certificate may be obtained by making application to the owners corporation, or the manager if one has been appointed. A fee of $150.00 including GST applies for the issue of the owners corporation certificate issued within 10 working days.

Stratum & Company Share

Documentation in regard to stratum and company share flats may be obtained and the cost will depend on the particular information required.

Properties Managed by Victoria Body Corporate Services
For an owners corporation, service company or company share property managed by us, documents may be obtained by:
  • forwarding a written request to our office
  • telephoning our Conveyancing Department on (03) 8531 8156 (direct).
